Yesterday I spent the day scrapping with a friend (who is also a China adoptive mom) at Archiver's...we met a few weeks ago to see the movie Somewhere Between (which I HIGHLY recommend that you go see if you haven't had a chance yet, such an important movie for all parents and families of international adoptees) but it is the first chance we have had to scrap since last year before we traveled. It was fun to catch up on how both of our girls are doing and surprisingly I was also productive and actually got some scrapping done!
Now comes the hard part, unpacking everything I took with me and putting it back where it belongs!

Okay, I have now placed two orders with Amazon...the page protectors and pre-ordered this movie. I watched the trailer...I need this movie! Emma is asking and talking so much about adoption. She says she wants to grow up to be a Mom and adopt from China. Then one day she says...and your Mom adopted you...I said no, sweetie, I was born from my Mom's belly. She says my baby will come from my heart, but how does a baby come from the heart? I think she is confident and has a good self-esteem starting...and as long as we openly talk about this, she will be fine. It may be harder on us. But I still need the movie! Those tween and teenage years...you just never know.
You are AWESOME! These are all gorgeous and I love the colors...I am still your number one fan!
