Yesterday was pretty much the worst Valentines Day ever because we had to say goodbye to sweet Mugsy :(
I am at a loss for words other than he was hands down one of the best dogs ever, second only to sweet Opie. He had the most personality and our house is empty without his Wookie screams. He is the namesake of my blog, the inspiration for about a gazillion scrapbook pages, and he helped a scared little girl know how awesome pugs (and dogs in general) are. Once again I have no words so here are a few fave. pictures...

OMG...I am so sad...I don't have any words of comfort. We too, had to say goodbye to our Daisy soon after getting home from China. Hard when it's happening at this time of adjustment. I know that Mugsy was very loved and lead a very happy life. I've enjoyed seeing his pictures on your layouts and your blog. Our beloved pets are in heaven (I "choose" to believe this), they are without pain. XOXO P

Love the pics, Martha, but so sorry it was time for Mugsy to leave your family. I am, however, happy that he taught sweet Frances that dogs are okay.

I am so so soooo sorry Martha. I had the honor of puggy-sitting Mugsy and Pixie over the holidays and I cant believe he is gone. I am so sad because I adored him. Seriously. More so than my own pug. :)(Dont tell Aine) I think I had the biggest puggy crush on him ever. I wish Aine would have been like him!
He was the sweetest baby puggy ever and he literally saved my xmas holidays. I will miss him so. I know he will always be with you because he is watching out for you all in Heaven. Take care of you *huge hugs to you * and lets talk when you can.

Oh no! I was so sorry to read your words. I know firsthand how it feels to lose a precious pug. It rips your heart out. But then I think about how he really helped your sweet Frances and I smile real big. Pugs are the best ambassadors, aren't they? I'll be thinking of you and your family in the days ahead. I hope Pixie's ok without her buddy.

I'm so sorry. We had to put our beloved boxer to sleep on January 27th. She was six years old and had lymphoma. My heart still aches for her and I don't foresee that it will be healed any time soon. Sending lots of love.
