I have been out of town for a week and it seems like an eternity!! So much catching up to do...unpacking, cleaning up mess I made in scrap-room before leaving town ack!
Last week I had a couple of projects on the Sassafras Blog...the focus was flowers, flowers, flowers!!
The vintage pattern image was scanned and printed onto Claudine Hellmuth's Sticky-back Canvas and then sewed onto a piece of vintage quilt. I wrote of review of this fabulous product that you can check out over at Craft Critique
SIS Live was so much fun! I taught my classes on Friday and they went great!! We made a mini book filled with all kinds of vintage goodies as well as product from Sassafras , Elle's Studio , and Claudine Hellmuth Studio ...so much fun :)
I even got some scrapping done...I did this canvas as well as an altered book and LOs for a couple of the girls :)
Today life returns to normal and back to work I go! The cleaning will have to wait!

I had such a blast in your class (even though I had had a little bit too much margarita the night before. lol) It was very cool to meet you too. You SOLD me on the sticky back canvas!! :D

Your class was fantastic! The mini is sitting on my desk, awaiting completion. I refuse to put it away until it's done. :)

insanely gorgeous stuff, my friend. it was awesome to be able to chat with you in person. and i so meant to ask if you happened to have any xtra class kits available (although i bet not!) i had a tiny mixup in my schedule and really wanted to get 'very stylish' with you. :)
