Dang, I didn't realize it had been so long since I updated over here!
So a new grl came in the mail a few days ago....a name has not been decided on yet, I am thinking Sheena because of this...
Here she is, I am not as impressed by her stock as I thought I
would be so she immediately changed....
and with some of her friends...I really like the dark haired girls with bangs :)
I also got a Pure Neemo Flection body for Ginny, it gives her so much personality! It is a wee bit wobbly in the knees so if anyone has any tips for stabilizing them I would love to hear!
Allison is back home after a trip to MorganOrton for a make-over...I am amazed at the transformation! She fits in so much better with my other girls now, before she was the girl that stuck out 'cause she just didn't fit in!
This picture of Twiggy was my inspiration for her blue eyelids and smoky eyes...Morgan interpreted it exactly how I wanted!
and just because I think she is wearing the cutest outfit today a picture of Lydia :)
Go ahead and say it...but I bet you couldn't pass this girl up either if you saw her up for adoption and looking for a new home...I mean look at her sweet face :) this is Otterley
Her hair is mohair and it is just like human hair, so soft! This is my first girl on a Licca body and I love it 'cause she's bendy. In the tradition of being named after songs, here is hers...
Charlie stumbled upon a wayward girl out in the yard today, what surprised her the most is that this sad little thing was wearing her shoes! These little Susie Sad Eyes have always weirded me out a little but I got a deal on this one so I figured I could make room for her.
And so glad that I pre-ordered her...she is perfect!! I even like her stock but eyechip changes are going to be a must...grey, black and red and maybe a better blue or an amber.
Lydon is little unsure of her bendiness...and her tallness!! I didn't realize they were that much taller than Blythes.
Anyone have any Pullip hair-care tips they want to share? I washed it and soaked it in fabric softener, but it is so full of static and just seems so dry...any tips would be greatly appreciated!!
Because so many of my girls get names after songs...here is where Charlotte's name came from
I looked at how I had dressed some of the girls the other day and noticed that they were wearing a lot of pink and black...it just seems to suit them :)
Oh and if you haven't already, say hi to Ginny our new Casual Affair. For anyone on the fence about her you should definitely get her....her hair was perfect right out of the box and her bangs are fabulous, no weird split in the middle. Her face-up is much prettier than her illustrations too, I don't even mind the odd color eyeshadow...
Busy sorting little shoes...I don't know where Thimbleville is, but I think I need to live there!
I need to get busy figuring out a storage solution for all of the clothes that are beginning to pile up....I have a vintage Barbie case but it is beyond full...
and this cute little box I got when I was in the Netherlands for their hats and headbands...
My problem is just like with my scrapping supplies, I have to have everything out where I can see it or I forget I have things and end up spending more $$ on stuff...I guess the bigger problem is I can't have 2 hobbies in 1 room where everything is strewn about...ack!!
Just a couple of pics of Lydon...she got a new bike and helmet in the mail today :)
pretending she's bad...
I think she will get along rather well with the new girl who is on pre-order...
To make room for the new girl someone had to move on to a new home so here is the latest group shot without Velouria who is on her way to Kentucky...I thought I really wanted a red-head but I have fallen for the dark-haired girls...with Allison and Charlie being the exceptions of course!
